"Il Loggiato" (the Porch) is an independent apartment located at ground floor, in the south-east corner of the house. Its special feature is to have a private terrace by the entrance, made in the large porch, with a wonderful view on the Arezzo-side of the Valdarno valley.

In addition to the terrace, the apartment has: a living room with kitchen (where there is a double sofa bed which, once opened, can sleep one or two persons), a double bedroom, its private bathroom, and its own private garden in front of the terrace.
