"La Soffitta" (the Loft) is an independent apartment on two levels, located in the north side of the house. On the ground floor is the living room/kitchen, on the first floor the double bedroom with bathroom.
In the living room there is a small bed that can be used both as a sofa to accommodate a third person.
From your room you can enjoy the view overlooking the southern slope of Pratomagno and the swimming pool. The private garden is located just in front of the apartment, overlooking the pool.
